Economic Experts Address Northern Colorado’s Homebuilding Industry
What: NoCo HBA Housing Summit

Colorado leaders and industry experts will address the health of Colorado’s economy and homebuilding industry at the Northern Colorado Home Building Association’s Housing Summit. The event takes place Wednesday, Oct. 9 at 11:30 a.m. Attendees will hear an economic forecast for Northern Colorado’s booming real estate market and see the impact homebuilding has on the local economy.
Robert Dietz, the chief economist for the National Association of Home Builders, is the keynote speaker. Dietz is a nationally recognized economist who specializes in economic forecasting and housing market analysis. Attendees will also hear from Brandon Myers, NoCo HBA chairman, Brad Mueller, the community development director for the city of Greeley, and Ted Leighty, the executive officer of Colorado Association of Home Builders.
